Our Shipping Process
At Wild Pottery Collective, we take great care in handling the shipping process for your orders. We ensure that your items are securely packaged and shipped using reliable methods.
Each artwork is carefully packaged and sent in a sturdy box.
All small sculptures travelling within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a fully insured overnight service. Larger items and those travelling overseas are sent using specialist shipping/couriers who are experienced in transporting large and/or fragile items. Options can be discussed and a quote can be arranged for this upon your enquiry/purchase.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Wild Pottery Collective. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. You may return or exchange the item within 14 days of purchase. Please note that the item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange. For more details on our return and refund process, please reach out to our team.
